Milton Magnus and the Metal Men team up with Batman (who is undercover using his Matches Malone to take down Kanjar Ro and his gang of intergalactic space bandits. In the original comics the Birds of Prey are a group of heroes mostly composed of females (though some males have joined the group).Dr.The Birds of Prey then regrouped, defeated Two-Face, and restored Batman to normal. They were lowered to the floor where they managed to get untied. Huntress then shot the crossbow and ricocheted off the walls and cut off Black Canary's gag, which allowed her to use her sonic scream to break the glass of the tank. However Catwoman was able to use her foot to give Huntress her crossbow. While they fought, a stray bullet hit the controls to the crane, which began to lower them.

Although while they were being lowered, Two-Face (dressed as Batman) showed up and began to fight Matches. They were tied up and hung above a shark tank, explaining that it was a trap to lure Batman. However their musical number wasn't enough to get through to Matches, resulting in them trying to lunge at him, however he managed to knock them all out.

Infiltrating it, they found themselves singing an improvised musical number for their criminal audience when caught onstage. Forced to retreat, the three reunited some time later when Matches went to the Iceberg Lounge. However, Matches Malone (Batman) was hit by a sandbag and believed he really was a gangster. The Birds of Prey started as an impromptu team up of Huntress, Black Canary, and Catwoman when Two-Face was set to auction off the magical Cloak of Nefertiti to the criminal underworld for $22 million. The Birds of Prey are a group of female heroes shown in the episode The Mask of Matches Malone! They are inadvertently formed when Batman develops amnesia and believes himself to be the (false) crime lord Matches Malone.
